A web-appointment system created for the client, David Smith. He requested a site that was light-weight, and required as little as possible from the potential users as possible. The result is an automated system which conforms to his exact needs and specifications.

My roll in this project was to act as a project manager. I was also responsible for most of the front-end of the system, which included creating all of the graphic elements in addition to coding the Smarty templates needed.
