Based on the phrase, “Danger, Robots at Work,” I was to create a black and white icon that would work well at both large and small sizes. In addition, I was to create a stencil for the image.

My idea was to create an image of a robot in the environment of what most people think of when they think of work: a desk in an office space. My robot is dangerously slinging about papers and threatening coworkers with his stapler.

The image itself was created in Illustrator. I then converted it in AutoCAD to lasercut my stencil, as well as to create a unique acrylic sign.
